Delivery, Returns and Policies

Processing time

The time needed to complete each order so it's ready for dispatch varies. For further details such as pre-orders, see the individual items. This store is run by one person - myself. I aim to get orders out as soon as possible. There may be some waiting time between ordering and dispatch due to prints requiring time to dry etc. 

For Pre-made designs (non-custom orders), I aim to dispatch them in 1-3 working days.

For Custom orders, I aim to have them created and dispatched within 7-14 working days. I understand this may seem a long amount of time - but as it's just me printing, creating and everything else, orders may stack up and I need a good amount of time to fulfill them!

Shipping

UK Orders: All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, which has an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days. Due to the current COVID pandemic, delays may happen.

International Orders: All orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard, which has an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days for Europe and 6-7 business days for the rest of the World. Due to the current COVID pandemic, delays may happen during shipping.

Returns

If there is an error with your print or the parcel has been damaged during postage, you have 14 days from when you received your order to get in contact with us. 

To be eligible for a return, the item/s you ordered must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
